Haha.... So it's been 4 weeks

Alas, my 90 day goal died 2 weeks in. Oh well. Now I am back at it. Beginning again. No running this time to start. Don't want to injure myself again. And I NEED to make sure I stretch. So starting tomorrow (again) I will continue on this adventure. 

1700 calories
45 minutes cardio
15 minutes of strength training/ ab ripper
4 L water and 8 hrs sleep. 

Which means. I need to hit the hay so I can get up at 6 and work it!
