7 weeks down

Today went really well! (Until this evening and I decided chocolate would be a good idea.) 

But I can't help it. I am about to enter that time of the month. 

But. It was 10 pm. I really just wanted to crawl in bed. But I hadn't done my leg workout. So guess what I did. I got up and did it. And then I stretched. Anywho. I am proud of myself. 

Tomorrow will be busy. A sprint workout in the afternoon and then a run. Plus I need to make chili and cornbread. 

Sometimes it is hard. I will feel good. Like my body is starting to change and thin out and then I look in the mirror and I don't see it. I feel frustrated and discouraged. But somehow in all of that it just makes me want to work harder. 

So yea it's 11:05 no need to go to bed nighty night
