Carbs are my nemesis!

Ok. So today started great! Had turkey bacon and egg whites for breakfast. Then after I took L to school I did the ab ripper with A and the. Proceeded to do my arms and legs workout since i missed doing legs yesterday. I then had a yummy rice bowl for lunch... But here's what happened. I made a pumpkin spice cake. Yes. With icing. So good. I managed not to eat the whole thing, but I did indulge. Tacos for supper and a little dessert at YW. 

But I am noticing how much stronger I feel. Everywhere. My legs are just getting to be strong, my calves are like transformed into useful parts of my body and I have like ab and back muscle so I can do so much more. It's fabulous! I will be 10000 steps completed by the time I am in bed tonight. Only about 3300 left and 2500 of them will disappear on the elliptical. Then I have my karate yet. 

I have already drank 1.5 L. And will complete another 750ml tonight. But yes. It is 9 pm. I had better get trucking.
