Finally a day before weigh in that wasn't awful!

So today was pretty good. I think I stayed pretty close to my calorie budget and I did the ab ripper and my legs workout. I will also be doing some time on the elliptical and hopefully some karate too.  So I will be good to go! I sure hope there are changes. I am really nervous that there won't be and that will put a damper on how well I am doing. So let's just plan right now that I won't give up no matter what the results. Yep. 

Ok. Well gotta get ready to run my butt off, hopefully.
