I did the ab ripper and my arm workout. Plus my 3 daily challenges and 15 minutes of martial arts plus 23 minutes on the elliptical for a grand total of 1 hr 8 minutes of continuous exercize. I was soooo sweaty. Even my hair was dripping with sweat. It was awesome.
One thing I have noticed is that you just have to do it. You can't think about it. If you have some time and haven't worked out. Just go do something! Anything!
That's what has worked for me. Sometimes I am like. I just wanna watch tv... So I go on the elliptical AND watch tv. It is what works for me. Everybody has to find their own thing though.
Anywho! Today was awesome. Tomorrow will be too!
