πŸ˜ƒ going strong

So.. Today I had a smoothie for breakfast, a lean teriyaki chicken microwaveable dinner from m and m meats. (So yummy) and tacos for supper. It was delicious. I also had some cereal, corn pops to be exact at like 10 pm tonight. And fudge this afternoon... But I threw our most of it because I knew I would just eat it. But overall today was really awesome! 

I did the ab ripper and my arm workout. Plus my 3 daily challenges and 15 minutes of martial arts plus 23 minutes on the elliptical for a grand total of 1 hr 8 minutes of continuous exercize. I was soooo sweaty. Even my hair was dripping with sweat. It was awesome. 

One thing I have noticed is that you just have to do it. You can't think about it. If you have some time and haven't worked out. Just go do something! Anything! 

That's what has worked for me. Sometimes I am like. I just wanna watch tv... So I go on the elliptical AND watch tv. It is what works for me. Everybody has to find their own thing though. 

Anywho! Today was awesome. Tomorrow will be too!

I have a walls it challenge to but I don't have it on my camera. But today was 1 min 29 seconds. It hurts so good!!!
