Points for being awesome today!

Ok! So today I had an apple and muffin for breakfast. Then teriyaki stir fry for lunch and a sub with tonnes of veggies for supper. I ran, walked, worked out, it was awesome.. I had just about 12,000 steps and 3.5L water. Today was a good day. 

You know something I am realizing is that working out doesn't have to be a specific time every single day. I used to think I needed a strict schedule. But now, it's more like I work out when I have a few minutes whether it be 15 or 60. I do it with my kids around, heck half the time they join me. I am trying so hard to make myself love it, so that they love it. That they want to be healthy! That is one of my main reasons for doing what I am doing.... Another because well I want to get in shape and hopefully lose a few pounds. 

Speaking of weight, i never blogged about my check in day! Well her is a pic and it should tell you all!

Otherwise, I am going to bed, L has school in the morning.
