Fell off the track... A little bit

Ok. Today was like exceptionally bad for eating. I don't think I had like 1 healthy thing except for maybe the peaches in my pie. So tomorrow. Working in that for sure. I did do 24 mins on the elliptical and like 17 minutes of martial arts and 10 man push-ups! Apparently I don't breathe when I do them. So adding breathing will make it easier I think. Anywho. That's all. Gnight
