For the workout areas - I still have my 5 minute Tabata workout to do today. But its only 5 minutes, so after this I am going to take my jeans off and get sweaty. I went on like a 56 minute walk with the kids this morning. Pushing a 90 lb. stroller is hard work! So that counts for my cardio, even though it didn't get my blood pumping as much as a normal cardio session would. It still helped.
I haven't done my martials arts today either. Mostly because I didn't have any time to. The kids were in bed at 8, and after that I was helping my hubby with something for work. Anywho, tomorrow I will do more of it.
Things I need to work on:
1. Eating more veggies
2. Actually drinking 3L H2O in a day
3. Walking my 10,000 steps (for example, I thought today was a fairly busy day and Its 9:30 PM and i'm only at...8170.)
That is what I am going to work on tomorrow. Am i excited for improvement and good food. Yes I surely am!!
