Not bad

Well. Today was pretty ok. I didn't quite make my steps. 8466. But that's not bad. I will try to make it to 9000 before bed. So I did a workout this morning and then tonight I did about 15 minutes on the elliptical and then my arms workout. All the while moving around. 

The big thing about this is that I rely just wanted to sit on my bed. Watch tv and eat chocolate. But I didn't! Yaya! 

Anywho. That helped. I am almost done my second show and then I get to shower. 

Tomorrow is cleaning day. Yay. So I should get my steps in. I'll go for a run too and do my legs workout. Life is good! :) 

P.s I have discovered that it is way easier to maintain weight than it is to lose it. 

Oh! Progress. I had my second inner scan done on Sunday and I improved a bit! Hoorah. Here is a pic of the stats. 


So my muscle has increased by 5.4 lbs body fat has decreased by 2.7%. Water % increased by 2.3%. So yay! 

Anywho I am gonna go shower and hit the hay.
