So for breakfast I traded in good ol' normal eggs for egg whites. Had to add a little salt and pepper because they are pretty tasteless and I also had a couple pieces of turkey bacon. I really enjoy turkey bacon and there is only 70 cal in 2 big pieces. So yummy. BUT then i had 1 pc of apple pie, and about a 1/3 of K's chocolate cream pie. So yes.
Anyways, after L's school we went to this really awesome play place and I just sat for like 4 hours almost and watch the kids play. They had a great time. But by the time we had got home there was only a little bit of time until the movie. BUT i still attempted a run with my friend A. Shin splits started hurting, so we just quickly walked it. We did 2.44 km in about 23 minutes, and according to my phone we averaged about a 8.54 min km. Not bad considering.
SO then I got home and was all like - k i'll make supper and get ready. THen I remembered we still had pizza, so I didn't make supper - instead I went downstairs and DID the rest of my workout. It was awesome. I was so proud of myself. When there were so many other things I could be doing, I chose to work out - which means it is starting to be a habit, and thats awesome. Anyways, my hubby wants to show me something and Im exhausted.
