Sprinting

Well today, I went and did the sprint workout with D and a few other people. I can't sprint yet, due to bad form or something that causes my shins to hurt. So I jogged... etc. But i did sprint about 40 m and tried not to think about what I was doingthen it went actually ok. I think i handicap myself into thinking i am running totally wrong and it causes me to hurt myself. ANYWHo... Then we had brunch with a few people and yep. 

I did have an icecream cone today.... but otherwise it wasn't that bad. I completed my arm workout, but didn't do the ab ripper as my ciatic was acting up and it was quiet painful. 

So that was today, tomorrow is fast sunday, so im sure I will be under caloric intake tomorrow.
