Ok. So today I did my hair, make-up, wore jeans etc. and after all that I really didn't want to put on workout clothes and sweat. So it took me until the mid afternoon, but I did. And I am so glad I did. I am now going to stretch. I have 1 water bottle left to drink, (I am going to a movie) and I will have walked over 11,000 steps by the time I hit the hay. At 10 something now.
So yes. I am enjoying how I feel when I workout. I need to do it more often. Lol. Anywho. I am grateful for my body and all that it can do and that there is room for improvement.
So yes. Stretching before the late show. I am crazy I know. Nap tomorrow anyone?
